This recently refurbished villa is conveniently located in the quiet area if Cala Llonga but still whithin 10 minutes walk to the beach and all other amenities; Restaurants, Bars, Supermarkets, Souvenir shops, Horse-Riding, the beautiful beach of Cala Llonga and even a Fun-Fair!

 The best markets on the island of Las Dalias and Es Canar Hippie market  and the picturesque village of San Carlos are only a 10 min drive away and the town of Santa Eulalia is 5 mins, Ibiza Town is 10 mins.

Surrounded by hills and forrests, it also has lovely countrside views that you can enjoy whilst you relax by the pool. It is also a short distance to the beach of "Sol Den Serra" host to the lovely Beach Restaurant "Amante".

The house is divided in to two levels which are both above ground level.

Main house:

2 Double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, one with shower, one with bath

1 Large Big living room  with open kithecn and Dining / Lounge area

A large terrace and pool area is located on this same level and it also has a smaller garden at the back of the house which lead to the top floor.

The master suite is on the top floor, with en-suite shower and W.C. It also has it's own private terrace.
