This recently completely renovated country home is located in very peaceful surroundings yet only a five min. drive from the village of San Rafael on a plot of land around 127000m2 .

This recently completely renovated country home is located in very peaceful surroundings yet only a five min. drive from the village of San Rafael - which offers its visitors typical Spanish restaurants as well as some of Ibiza's popular and fancy restaurants and bars.

The house of approx. 320 m² has recently been renovated from which was an old finca to what is now a modern luxurious, tastefully furnished villa is set on a completely fenced plot of approx. 20.000 m². The grounds are perfectly well maintained with many colourful flowers. This villa has six bedrooms in total.

The main building accommodates a spacious and fully equipped kitchen, a dining room and a living room. The residence has 3 bedrooms with bathrooms en suite and the master bedroom features a bathroom with a jacuzzi bath. All rooms have direct access to a small private terrace with views out to the peaceful countryside. A separate bedroom with its bathroom can be found next to the pool area. Two further bedrooms with en suite bathrooms offer additional space.

Three bedrooms can be found in the main house and the other three are located on the outer grounds of the house. In the main villa, there is a Master bedroom, a double and a twin. The Master bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom and features a Jacuzzi bath, the double has a full bathroom adjoining and the twin has the use of the guest shower room. Adjoining the main villa is an annex with separate entrance with a twin bedroom and en-suite full bathroom. Two further bedrooms with en suite bathrooms offer additional space, these are completely separate to the main villa and each have their own entrance and consist of a twin room with en-suite shower room and a single room which can be converted into a twin, this room has been designed for a disabled person in mind, this also has an en-suite shower room. All bedrooms are fully air-conditioned.
 

The lounge is found just to the right of the entrance and has large patio doors which lead out to the back terrace of the house, providing a lot of light. It consists of 2 colonial looking sofas, coffee table, fire place, satellite TV, DVD player and stereo. There is a dining table that seats up to 8 people.

The kitchen is fully fitted with a dishwasher, oven/hob, microwave, coffee maker, fridge and dining table that seats six. It is finished off with marble worktops and leads out through big patio doors to the terrace and pool area to an open terrace, which is perfect for outside dining.

The Pool area can be accessed from the lounge, kitchen and annex, it is surrounded by a patio terrace and small lawn and is furnished with teak sunloungers. There are many colourful flowers in the garden along with trees and shrubs.
