Villa Cristina

This is a comfortable modern villa offering six bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms and is fully air-conditioned. The house is situated on the way to the village of San Juan, close to Santa Eulalia, in the area of San Carlos, in an amazing orange grove.

Main house:
Attached to the main villa you will find the first double room with modern en-suite shower room with WC, basin and has its own private access.
On entering the main villa there is a lounge with sofa and armchairs, coffee table, satellite TV, open plan kitchen with all mod cons such as oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, the work tops are finished off in wood, there is also a dining area adjoining the kitchen.

There are two other bedrooms in the main house, the master bedroom (with double bed), with dressing area, en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath, separate shower, basin and WC and a twin bedroom with en-suite shower room, basin and WC, has a small terrace which leads out to the pool area. The fourth bedroom (double bed) with en-suite shower room is attached to main villa has it has its own entrance.

Balinese house by pool:
This is a brand new building completed in February 2008, situated on the other side of the swimming pool. There are 2 double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, both rooms share a spacious lounge area with an open plan kitchen area.

Ibiza Town and San Antonio are both just a twenty-minute drive away. Here you will find vibrant nightlife and the renowned Ibiza club scene. The infamous Benirrás Beach and Bambuddah Grove Restaurant are both a short drive away.

The gardens provide a casebo (day bed, Bali style) and exterior sofas for chilling out.

The lawned area and orange trees surrounding the rectangular swimming pool is furnished with teak sun loungers and exterior furnishings as well as a BBQ. You will also find an outside bathroom which is useful when using the swimmig pool.

This villa has air-conditioning in all rooms, ADSL connection and alarm system.

Services include: Cleaning three times a week, linen change once a week and towel change twice a week.

There is refundable breakages deposit of 1500 euros, which will need to be paid on arrival at the villa.
