This beautiful modern villa is located in the countryside, 5 minutes drive from San Antonio town and 20 minutes to Ibiza town.The nearest beach is Cala Salada which is less than 5 minutes drive away.
The villa is split on different levels. From the main entrance you will find the stylish lounge which is furnished with modern furniture and comes with satellite TV (limited channels), DVD and music system and the open plan kitchen which is fully equipped with all the mod cons. American fridge freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, etc. On this level you will also find the master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a cloak room with shower facilities for guests.
There are large glass sliding doors from the lounge which lead out to a covered terrace with dining facilities for 8 people with beautiful views to the island of Conejera. The infinity swimming pool is surrounded by decking and lawn and is provided with teak sunloungers.
On the second level there are two double bedrooms, each with en-suite shower rooms, with sink, WC, bidet and plenty of cupboard space.
From here you go up to a third level, here you will find a small chill out area, ideal for reading and admiring the amazing sea views.
On the ground level, downstairs there are another two twin bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms, both these bedrooms have their own access.
This villa is fully alarmed, air conditioned in the main villa and has WIFI.
Check-in is from 4pm / Check-out is by 10am
Cleaning services every day except Sunday. (more available on request)
Linen and towel change once a week
