Set within the peaceful countryside on the outskirts of San Agustin, this villa has recently been renovated from an old Ibizencan finca into what is now a modern luxurious, tastefully furnished villa.

The sea can be seen from here along with the tranquillity of the countryside. The grounds are perfectly well maintained with many colourful flowers.

This villa has six bedrooms and five bathrooms. The villa is ideally suited for 11 people.

The Villa consists of six bedrooms, three can be found in the main house and the other three are located on the outer grounds of the house, these three are all twin/double rooms which each have there own en-suite bathrooms, all rooms are modern and newly furnished with views out to the peaceful countryside. The other three bedrooms that can be found inside the main house consists of one single bedroom, one twin/double and a Master bedroom, the Master is located on the upper floor; this bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom and a private terrace that is furnished with table and chairs. All bedrooms are newly furnished and have large open windows to give light and air. Bathrooms: Most of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, except for the single bedroom and the twin bedroom that are located in the inner house.

All bathrooms have large, walk-in, blue mosaique showers along with other newly furnished facilities. Another bathroom can be found at the entrance of the villa, this would be the guest bathroom.

The lounge is found just to the left of the entrance and has large patio doors that lead out on to a large terrace; this terrace gives lots of light to the lounge. The lounge consists of comfy sofas, a dining table, coffee table, satellite TV and stereo.

The modern styled kitchen can be found just steps up from the lounge area, it is fully fitted with a dishwasher, oven/hob, microwave, coffee maker, fridge and dining table that seats six. The kitchen is finished off with black marble worktops and an open terrace, which is perfect for outside dining.

The Pool area can be accessed from the lounge. The ‘L’ shaped pool has been designed with a water feature and is surrounded by a patio terrace and small lawn. There are many colourful flowers in the garden along with trees and shrubs.

Other features: There is Air Con in three of the outer bedrooms and also the Master bedroom. Heating can be arranged in this villa for the winter months but will have to arrange this with the owner two weeks before arrival.

This villa is fully alarmed.

A refundable breakage deposit of 2.000 euros will need to paid on arrival at the villa.
