This well-located four bedroomed villa can sleep up to 8 people. It is situated just outside of Ibiza Town in a quiet and peaceful location.

A short drive can take you to the nearby beach, shops, nightlife and airport.

A view of Salina’s beach and Formentera can be seen on a clear day from the villa.

The kitchen is modern and new with granite worktops, facilities include: - oven, hob, fridge freezer, toaster and kettle. There is also a utility room, which is equipped with a washing machine.

The lounge has comfortable cream sofas, satellite TV, a dining table to seat six and an open fireplace. The pool and terrace area can be accessed from this room through large patio doors.

There are two bedrooms on the first floor and two on the upper floor. Three of the bedrooms have double beds and the other has a single bed that can be turned into a double. All bedrooms have plenty of wardrobe space and are all pretty spacious. The master bedroom is on the upper floor and has access to a large terrace that overlooks the pool and gardens.

There are two bathrooms, one situated on the ground floor and the other on the upper, the bathroom on the upper floor is shared between two of the double rooms and is equipped with a large, square luxury Jacuzzi bath.

There is a large rectangular shaped pool that is surrounded by a large patio furnished with sun loungers, a built in BBQ and a covered dining area, which is perfect for outside dining in the Summer.

This villa is non air-conditioned but will be equipped with fans for the summer months. There is central heating in the villa. 

This villa can only be rented from a Saturday – Saturday

A 700.00 Euros Deposit must be taken on arrival.

Check in is at 14:00 and check out at 10:00 AM.
