Villa Rica is a Grand Villa on the beach overlooking the Bay of Cala Jondal,
the coolest and most exclusive Bay on the island, with its variety of cool beach bars and restaurants.

The famous Blue Marlin and Tropicana Beach are just in front of the Villa.
An incredible location. The Villa has 4 double bedrooms with bathrooms en-suite, satellite plasma tv, air-conditioning and mini fridges. (Luxury Robes and Brazilian Havaiannas flipflop’s are provided for guests).

On the roof-terrace there is a bespoke hot-tub where one (or 8) can sip a cocktails under the stars, and listen to the waves lapping up against the sands.

On the lower ground floor there is an underwater bar and disco, with subaquatic pool windows... your own private after-hours club.

There are various dining areas including a bbq garden with the palms lit by twinkling fairy lights, a formal dining area for 12 overlooking the pool, and a breakfast area with views out to the bay.

There are 2 butlers to serve cocktails, drinks and food, and to give you advice to make your stay perfect.

There is a small gym area and thermal sauna. A full range of spa treatments are available.

1000 Euros refundable security deposit need to be paid in cash to the owner on arrival.
